The reason we started Smart Counter Fraud Solutions is to assist those organisations. We understand investigations and know that investigations, fact-finding enquiries, anti-fraud policies, procedures and training all need to be dealt with in an understanding way. Our anti fraud methodology is formulated upon a risk based approach that ensures counter fraud work is relevant to the needs of the organisation and that each task draws together the core areas of anti fraud work in accordance with the Government Fraud Standards. Chris Morris Director
Prior to founding Smart Counter Fraud Solutions, Chris was a Senior Manager with one of the "big 4" and previously lead the Counter Fraud Service for a NHS Consortium as Head of Counter Fraud. He is a former police detective who has worked for both the Greater Manchester Police Commercial Fraud Unit and Serious Fraud Office, as well as having extensive experience of serious and complex investigations, having received Judges’ Commendations for the quality of his investigative work. Chris is a Graduate Counter Fraud Specialist and holds the qualification of the MSc Counter Fraud and Corruption Studies at Portsmouth University.
